Background
Mr. Hart has 21 years of state service, including 15 years of service with the MSDH as a health educator, branch director, and division director in Health Services.
Most recently, Hart worked at the University of Southern Mississippi as a project manager engaged in proposal development, policy development, data analysis
and project evaluation. Hart holds an Associate of Arts degree from Holmes Community College, Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi State University,
and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
