The Public Water Supply Security program provides technical assistance to
water supply systems statewide in evaluating their security vulnerabilities. By analyzing vulnerabilities
and developing response plans, the program helps assure the safety and health of Mississippians in the case
of intentional or unintentional compromise of public drinking water suppplies.
