MSDH Logic Models

Logic models are a cornerstone of our health program planning and grant process. They set forth the available resources, intended use, and expected outcomes of a program, and illustrate the relationships between them.

By providing an explicit basis for measuring outcomes and evaluating success, logic models make the planning process transparent and accountable. This methodology helps us prioritize our funding decisions and continually improve the way we allocate our resources of people, time, facilities and partners.

MDH is in the process of making the logic models for all its funded public health programs available on-line.
